信陽木工機械有限責任公司(原林業部信陽木工機械廠)始建于1970年，是我國比較大的木材加工機械設計制造基地之一。公司位于中原盛地一河南省信陽市。滬陜高速、京珠高速、京廣鐵路、寧西鐵路在此交匯，交通便利。2006年公司加入萬華集團。屬于大型二類企業。并在林機行業中曾獲得“進出口自營權”:目前已發展為業內人造板機械設備和木材加工機械設備的設計、制造公司。
